Timeline

Every piece is handcrafted to order — typically 3–4 weeks from when you approve your design — then shipped via fully insured UPS Express, usually arriving in 1–3 business days.

Before your ring ships, we'll send you a professional 360° video of your finished piece along with its IGI certification, so you get the first look. Every shipment includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

Proposing on a date? Tell us and we'll work backwards from it.

Shipping Cost

Fully insured express shipping is included with every order — no shipping charges at checkout.

Local Pickup & Meetup

Prefer to receive your piece in person? Local pickup and meetups are available anywhere from Hamilton to Toronto to Niagara — just let us know and we'll arrange it.

International Orders

Ordering from outside Canada? Contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm shipping options and timelines for your location. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged on import.
