Return/Refund/Warranty Policy

Returns

Every Glacial Jewels piece is made to order — your ring doesn't exist until you order it, and it's crafted to your exact specifications. Because of this, all custom pieces are final sale.

This is also why nothing goes to production until you've approved your 3D CAD design and reviewed the video and IGI certification of your exact diamond. You'll know precisely what you're getting before it's ever made.

If we ever get it wrong — meaning your finished piece doesn't match the design and specifications you approved — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Every shipment is fully insured door to door. If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us right away with photos and we'll repair or remake it at no charge.

Free Resizing

Every ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. Just contact us, ship the ring back (we'll send instructions), and we'll cover the resizing and fully insured return shipping.

Please note that some intricate designs — such as full eternity bands or rings with pavé running the entire band — can only be resized within a limited range. We'll confirm what's possible for your design before you send it.

The best fit starts before production: we confirm your size carefully during the design process, and a free sizing guide is available — just ask.

Warranty

Every Glacial Jewels piece is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the day of delivery.

What's covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the metal or setting (for example, casting flaws or a stone that loosens due to a defective prong)
  • Any issue not caused by wear, accident, or alteration — repaired free of charge

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear over time, including rhodium plating on white gold (replating is a routine maintenance service for all white gold jewelry, from any jeweler)
  • Scratches, dents, bent bands, or chipped stones caused by accident or impact
  • Loss or theft of the piece or its stones
  • Damage resulting from resizing, repair, or other work performed by a third-party jeweler

To make a warranty claim, email us at info.glacialjewels@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
