Design & Diamond Selection
Every ring starts with a conversation. You'll work one-on-one with one of our jewelers to choose your perfect design, size, and style, and we'll create a detailed 3D render so you can see exactly how your ring will look. Once the design is finalized, we'll hand-select a lab-grown diamond and send you a video and certification to review. If it's not the one, we'll send another option until you find the perfect stone.
Production
Once you've approved your design and diamond, our team gets to work bringing it to life. The process takes 3-4 weeks, and every detail matters — from the setting to the stone placement, each ring is crafted by hand and inspected to make sure it meets our standards before it ever leaves the workshop.
Shipment
When your ring is ready, we'll send you a high-quality video so you can see it before it arrives. You'll receive your tracking number via email, and delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. Your ring will arrive with its IGI certification and a premium jewelry box, ready for the moment.
