Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is origin (and price). Every stone we sell is IGI certified.
How does buying work without a store?
We start with a free consult — video, phone, or in person anywhere from Hamilton to Niagara. You'll see a 3D render of your design and video of your exact diamond before anything is made. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Every piece is handcrafted to order — typically 3–4 weeks from when you approve the design — then shipped via fully insured UPS Express, usually arriving in 1–3 business days. Proposing on a date? Tell us and we'll work backwards from it.
Is shipping safe for something this valuable?
Every shipment is fully insured door to door, with tracking and signature on delivery. Local pickup/meetup is also available.
Can you recreate a ring from a photo?
Yes — this is one of the most common ways orders start. Send a screenshot or inspiration photo and we'll design a 3D render based on it, then refine it with you until it's exactly right before anything goes to production.
What metals can I choose?
Our pieces are pictured and priced in 14k gold, and every design is also available in 10k, 18k, and platinum — each in white, yellow, or rose. Contact us for a quote in your preferred metal.
What's the difference between 10k, 14k, and 18k gold?
The "k" stands for karat — the amount of pure gold in the metal. 10k (41.7% gold) is the most durable, 18k (75% gold) is the richest in colour, and 24k is pure gold — too soft for jewelry. 14k (58.3% gold) is the most popular choice for rings because it balances durability with high gold content, which is why our pieces are priced in 14k by default.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every piece is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Any defect in materials or craftsmanship is fixed free of charge. Normal wear, like rhodium plating on white gold fading over time, isn't covered. See our full warranty policy for details.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because every piece is made to order to your exact specifications, custom pieces are final sale. That's why nothing goes to production until you've approved the 3D design and seen video of your exact stone — and any defect is always covered under warranty.
What if the ring doesn't fit?
We confirm sizing carefully before production (free sizing guide available) — and if it's still not right, every ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. You ship it to us, and we cover the resizing and insured return shipping.
