"I am extremely happy with my purchase from Glacial Jewels. I learned they will custom-create anything, as long as I send them a picture of what I want. They create a 3D model for approval, then have it made. Because they are an online company, I got a custom creation for a fraction of the retail "store" price, with free delivery and all the appraisals.

I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend Glacial Jewels to anyone looking for that something special.

I was skeptical, as there was no physical store. The item was hand delivered by the owner of the company with proper authentication.

I came across the initial ad on Instagram , so naturally was skeptical and had my guard up , especially with such a big life purchase and how expensive rings normally are, but Austin was so patient, polite and professional and had no problem in answering ALL my questions and made me feel comfortable , confident and secure and explained the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way and provided regular updates and was always available. When my ring was ready I met Austin in person and he gave me all the papers of authenticity and the official appraisal papers and went above and beyond. I am so impressed and blown away with how the ring turned out and can’t stop staring at it ! So happy with my purchase, the quality and value of my lab grown diamond . I was hesitant about buying a ring from a business without a storefront, but I’m glad that didn’t stop me. Austin was a joy to deal with. We ran into a small issue and he promptly had it sorted out. I had him meet me at a jeweller to verify that the Diamond matched the IGI report and the jeweller actually said I got a good deal on the ring. (The opposite of what you’d usually be to told). If you’re reading reviews to decide if this is right direction to go (as I did) look no farther.
